Whales

David is interested in whales right now, because he saw a documentary on T.V.. with his grandpa Burl. On the way home last night, he was asking about whales and sharks and making up stories. He made up a chicken whale that spits feathers, and an airplane whale that flies but doesn't have wheels that go into his belly. I think he is a very creative little guy.

That's OK

Jon and David had the day together to do fun things. David told Jon that he was hungry and wanted a taco and a donut. So Jon took him to Taco Time and then they headed home.
David Said, " Hey you forgot my donut!"
Jon said, " Your right. I'm Sorry."
David said, " That's OK, accidents happen. Just don't do it again."

The Ark

We were talking tonight and out of the blue David remembered this boat. It is in Oregon. He said that it was the ark. He said " It crashed because no one was driving it.

Prayer

It was Jons turn to say the prayer. After he was finished David said, " That was a really good prayer, it was short.

David

For the last few weeks, David has requested to listen to the Indiana Jones theme song before bed. I ask him what he would like to hear and he says the Da Da Da Dun song.

David discovers David

David was taking a bath and asked me what the round things were by his weenie. I said, "I will have to look." When I went over to see what he was referring to, he was holding his testicle. I believe in being honest and not embarrassed so I told him what they were called and told him that that's what makes him a boy. The next day He said to me. "He Little girl. " I said, "Your the little girl" He said, " I'm not a girl, I'm a boy." I said, " What makes you a boy?" and he said, " I have little circle things in me."

David Ism 6

I told David to go out side and see how warm it was. He came back to me and said, " It's Three o'clock degrees."

Cinnamon Bears

We have some cinnamon bears at our house right now. One day David asked if he could have one and the one I pulled out had no legs. The next day he asked for another cinnamon bear but he said," Can I have a cinnamon bear with legs, arms , a head, ears, knees, belly...." and many other body parts.

David Ism 5

We drove past Wingers today and David suddenly said, " Look mom that's where we ate popcorn." I was amazed that he remembered because we have only eaten there once and that was five months ago. The other amazing thing was we were on a different road than we usually take and we were coming from a different direction. I said, " David, how do you remember that?" He said, " Because I'm smart!"

David Ism 4

I kept telling David to hurry because we were late for pre school. He was starting to get very frustrated with me so he muttered under his breath, " Honestly !!!!" I think I must have a habit of saying the same thing.

I told David we needed to feed Ryan and he informed me that he couldn't because he didn't have any boobs. He then preceded to tell me everyone that he knew who had boobs and those who didn't have boobs. Including Chloe his cousin. He said, " She doesn't have boobs but she is a girl."

I asked David how he was one morning. He said, " I'm Pretty Perfect."

We were at Karens house last night. A Cousin stopped by to say Hi. She had here little girl Payton there. David came into the living room excited to tell me some news. He said, " The White girl has to use the toilet." David didn't know her name and since she had on a white dress she was renamed the white girl.
