It was Christmas Eve and we had just got the boys to bed. David was so excited he was having a hard time going to sleep. Jon and I were puttering around getting things set up for Christmas morning. David heard our foot steps in the hall and said, " I think I just heard Santa's Boots!!!!!"
We told him that it was us and Santa wasn't going to come until we were all in bed.
Jon got an application on his Ipod that told were Santa was all day. David had to be told three times were Santa was before he could go to sleep.
When David saw Santa he was so excited. He even had a little present to give to Santa. He told Santa," We got you a book. It's a book about all of the things that Santa CAN'T do. He was so excited.
Santa read David the letter that he had written to him. David was surprised to see Santa with his letter and needed to be reminded that we had mailed it to him.
Today when David woke up he said, " Mom, today I want to have really much fun!"
One day David was crying and when I asked him what had happened he said, " I ankled myself!"
We had noodles yesterday. I asked David if he was going to eat his noodles and he said, " They're to burning. They are Hot like Lava.
We were doing the nativity at Jon's family for Christmas. David was a wise man and sat very reverently. The angels were younger and were very actively running around and yelling and giggling. I heard David say under his breath, " I wouldn't trust those Angels."
